🚐 Not All Pet Transport Is the Same

Many of the pet transport horror stories you hear come from overcrowded, mass transport vans moving dozens of animals at once.

That’s why at Hensley’s Pet Transport, we do things differently.

🐾 Why We Do NOT Recommend Cheap or Mass Puppy Transport 🐾

We’ve seen the stories… and sadly, they’re real.

Cheaper, mass-transport options often mean puppies are treated like cargo instead of living, breathing babies who need care, comfort, and supervision. These transports may include dozens of animals, long nonstop hours, limited breaks, and little to no individual attention.

Young puppies are especially vulnerable. Stress, dehydration, temperature changes, and exposure to other animals can lead to illness or trauma — sometimes with heartbreaking outcomes.

At Hensley’s Pet Transportation, we believe the journey home should be just as safe and loving as the care they receive before travel. That’s why we strongly encourage families to do their due diligence when choosing a transporter and to opt for private, USDA-licensed, climate-controlled transport or personal pickup whenever possible.

Your puppy isn’t just a delivery — they’re a family member.
