💝As some of you may already know the story of the foster kittens, it is now time to introduce their beautiful mother, Ruby, our precious Cream Silver Shaded with White girl.
Ruby gave birth to her first litter on May 1st and unfortunately developed complications involving her mammary glands. Although she is now completely healthy, it was necessary for her safety to be spayed. She underwent her spay surgery this week and is recovering wonderfully.
Since becoming pregnant, she has been kept separate from our other cats to ensure she would not be accidentally hurt during their playful antics and now slowly she can come out of our bedroom and be back to the whole house 🙏
We kept Ruby in our breeding program because Cream females are exceptionally rare, and her beautiful Silver Shaded coloring made her even more special. Unfortunately, due to the complications she experienced, there will be no more babies from this precious girl.
We will be taking our time to find Ruby's perfect match. She would do best in a quiet home, either as an only cat or with other gentle cats, as long as there are no bullies. We are looking for a family where she will be cherished, spoiled, and loved for the rest of her life.
