For lease: Charlie is a 2008 16.2 big b***d TB gelding. He has been in my barn for about 7 years and has always been "teacher's pet", so when his kid went off to college I had to buy him. Unfortunately the kid I had in mind to lease him has had to take a step back and I can't bear to see this nice of a horse go to waste sitting around (like the rest of my freeloaders). He is ready for his next novice kid (or adult). Auto lead change. Happy to do the add or will easily move up for the step. Same at shows as he is at home. I hate to see this horse leave my barn so I'd make a fantastic deal for an in-barn lease (at Grandview Farms in Waller, TX). Off property leases will be considered as well though!

ISO some help with morning horse chores 2-3 times a week. Located in Waller, near Magnolia/Hockley. Duties include feeding, watering, leading horses in and out of stalls, minimal stall cleaning, & blowing the aisle. Takes about 1.5 hours. Must be reliable & have experience handling horses.

7yr old bay tb mare. Never raced. 16+h. Great conformation. Has experience low level eventing but has just been sitting for the past year. Previous owner sold her when she got pregnant and I just haven't done anything with her. She's sensitive and tense. She needs a quiet, experienced rider. Once she gets back to it she'll jump anything you point her at. Easy lead change. Just needs some work on the basics before starting jumping again. I think she would prefer an eventing home. She is much more relaxed riding in the grass arena vs the sand. Weird but true.
I only have an old video and with this weather I don't know if we'll ever get to ride again. Asking $2000 for quick uncomplicated sale. PPE welcome at buyers expense.

ISO barn help. Must have experience with horses. Must be able to work weekends. "Chores" including feeding, watering, turn in/out, & cleaning stalls. AM chores take 3-4 hours and PM chores are 2-3 hours. Saturday & Sunday AM & PM are a must. Additional weekday shifts are available (as many as you want).
