Back from a quick trip to Marshall, TX and we got some good work done.

Mission accomplished all around, Katie, Ricky, and Mylee all qualified for the Run for a Million. I also took one of my 3-year-olds for her first time showing one-handed and she handled it like a pro. Nancy and Jack brought home wins in the Prime Time and Masters Non Pro.

๐ŸŽ‰Congratulations to Quinn Hofseth & Family on their newest family member!

We are so excited to officially congratulate Quinn on the purchase of ๐”ธ๐”น๐•๐•’๐•”๐•œ๐•๐•š๐•Ÿ๐•ฅ๐•’๐•˜๐•–๐”ป๐•š๐•’๐•ž๐• ๐•Ÿ๐•• โ€œRamboโ€!

Quinn has been taking lessons with us and when she decided she was ready to take the next big step into horse ownership and begin competing in NRHA events, we set out to find her the perfect partner. We searched far and wideโ€ฆ only to realize that the perfect match had been right under our noses the whole time!

While we were looking elsewhere, Quinn and Rambo had already been building a special bond and partnership here at home. Sometimes the right horse isnโ€™t the one you have to findโ€ฆitโ€™s the one whoโ€™s been quietly choosing you all along. ๐Ÿ’™

Rambo has been part of our program from the start, and we couldnโ€™t be happier to keep him in our barn as he and Quinn begin this exciting new chapter together. We are so proud of you, Quinn, and canโ€™t wait to watch you both step into the show pen!

๐Ÿ’” This weekend we said goodbye to one of our very favorite horses, Jake โ€œDun Playing Tagโ€.

Owned and loved by Nancy Currie-Gregg, Jake was an incredible talent and enjoyed a successful professional reining career, but what made him truly special was who he was. He was one of those rare horses who leaves a lasting imprint on everyone lucky enough to know him.

Weโ€™ve been incredibly blessed to care for Jake during the past several years in his โ€œGolden Eraโ€. Jake still enjoyed some time under saddle, but he fully embraced the good life, turnout, plenty of carrots and cookies, and his favorite spa days.

He was one of a kind. A gentleman. A teacher. A comfort. An irreplaceable horse who will be deeply missed by so many.
