As of January 1st, 2026, Chance's Dog Rescue will officially be closed. This was a very difficult decision to make, but it is a necessary one. We have worked so hard the last few years to help as many dogs as we can find their forever homes. There are multiple factors that led us to this decision. It is getting increasingly difficult to find homes and to transport dogs out of state. The entire country has become saturated with homeless and unwanted dogs. Our team worked very tirelessly the last few years to do what we could, and we are so happy and proud to have made a difference in a few dogs' lives. We couldn't have done any of this without the support of our fosters, adopters, and donors. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Rescue will always be important to us, but we will make our mark in different ways moving forward. If you have adopted from us, please leave us a comment or picture.
