Today is the first opportunity for hunters to purchase a permit to use artificial lights and night-vision equipment to hunt coyotes during the Jan. 1-March 31 night season.

The permit is $2.50 and can be purchased online at kshuntfishcamp.com.

Have you ever got a ticket from a Game Warden? If so, you probably weren't very happy about it. But the next time a Kansas Game Warden gives a ticket to a kid they probably will be. Recently we teamed up with Sonic Drive-In to put a smile on the face of your young outdoorsman or outdoorswoman whenever we catch them in the field doing the right thing. We would like to thank Arkansas Game Wardens and Sonic for starting this program and having the idea that we could run with. These youth citations will be circulating in the field shortly, so don't miss an opportunity to take a kid hunting or fishing.

This Badger had a makeover and was delivered to her new home! A museum! Teddy Roosevelt was given a Badger as a pet and now this Badger has been designated to tell that story!!! So thankful for being trusted with this project and I tried to make a stand worthy for a presidents pet!

There is something special in the story of a turkey hunt.... this was a little girls and it was her first one! Yes I could have replaced the broken feather but it was how that Turkey was and her bb broke it!!!

I know I don’t post often enough what’s being worked on but I have been busy!!! This guy went home today! Kind of sad to see him go! Thank goodness for patient customers! Thank you for choosing me and trusting me with your harvest! Getting a little hunting fever myself lately!
