And hot dang, I finally got the new leashes listed! They all listed as convertibles but the rope is dyed in continuous lengths so if you need a standard leash, that’s still doable. Just send me a message here or use the contact form on the website!!

As a reminder, I’ve switched to a totally new and BETTER dye so the actual dyeing process is different. I’m also still experimenting with colors as there are soooo many variables that affect how the end result turns out. As such, I’m doing limited batches of each color for now to get a feel for things. So if you see one you LOVE, go ahead and get it because I can’t promise I can replicate it 😅🤪

We’re back in town and catching up on your orders!

If you missed it, a few new leash colors hit the shop shelves about a week ago. Still testing those out as time allows so apologies for the limited stock for now.

I’ve been working hard on those custom crate cover orders. If you ever need a matching set (and heck, we all loving to match 😜), I do offer crate mats in custom sizing to fit your crates too. All of the same prints as the crate covers too even if you don’t see them listed. I know, it’s confusing but I just don’t always have photos of everything 😂 but rest assured, if it’s a crate cover fabric, it is ALSO a mat fabric or even a blanket fabric.

I spent last week in Santa Barbara after having this trip cancelled in January due to weather and flight issues. But it was wonderful and highly recommend that area if you ever have a chance! So many cute doggos and about a zillion doodles of various shapes and sizes 😍😍😍

Today is definitely a sewing day! Catching up on some orders so if you’re waiting on an order, a lot of them will be heading out in Tomorrows mail 🙌🏻

I have on the schedule to get some leash photos too so I can get them up on the website. I’m still experimenting with dye to see what I like so the leashes will be limited in stock and may or may not be restocked. Some color combos I like but some just didn’t turn out how I envisioned. As such, keep your eye out as there will be limited options AND discounts on the ones that probably won’t stick around 😬

Any 70s fans out there?! 😜

I’ve been experimenting with the new dyes, some results being amazing, some being a little less so. Nothing against the 70s but this one probably won’t stick around after this batch of leashes sells. 😜

I’m hoping to get the new colors up in the next day or so but if you love orange or yellow, this one might be for you! There are LOTS of blues and greens in the next batch.

Happy holidays from us here at Wild Clementine Co.! (Ok, basically that means just me. And Finn. And all the other pets. Plus the husband).

The shop will be closed until January 12th.

I’ll be working hard to get some NEW leashes up in the shop. Totally new dye and colors so it’s going to take a bit to get back to full capacity. But I’m super excited because this dye is the BEST! Kicking around a few other ideas but we’ll see what happens.

Haven’t quite had a chance to do 2022 visioning for Wild Clementine Co but did want to thank you all so much for your support in 2021. It was such a great year despite all the crazy stuff going on and I’m hopeful next year will be even better (and with less Covid).

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone shopping small this year. It’s kinda make it or break it time for most small businesses right now and y’all have been so supportive! Thank you, thank you!

Some shop updates: I’m not taking on any more custom orders for the holidays. All current orders are still in progress and will ship well ahead of Christmas. I do still have the smaller items such as bowl covers and handwarmers available in the shop but if you’re on the hunt for a crate cover or leash, it’s gonna be a little bit.

In other news, I have my first ever holiday market event coming up. If you’re local to eastern WA, dm me and I can let you know the deets.

Moving into next year, I’m likely going to be switching up my leashes to a totally different (and better!) dye. That’s something I’ll be working on once I close up for the holidays.

It’s getting down to the wire for custom orders! (At least for holiday orders…)

All crate covers and mats are handmade by me. Each one is crafted for your specific dimensions too! They do take a while though so current processing time is four weeks. I anticipate closing custom orders in a week ish. Maybe sooner. Just fair warning!

Need a little tidying up at the feeding station? A bowl mat is a super easy way to add a little decor without going crazy and buying a fancy bowl stand or anything. I have six sizes to cover kitties all the way up to Great Danes.

My favorite thing about the bowl mats (besides being machine washable) is that they are a perfect way to utilize the scraps left of from making crate covers. I hate wasting fabric and unfortunately the crate covers tend to leave some fairly big pieces behind that still aren’t big enough to be made into new beds or crate covers. So now I have HEAPS of fabric scraps waiting to uplevel your pet’s feeding area. I keep them priced pretty low since it’s mostly just my labor and shipping costs that go into making them.

I’ll also just throw out a reminder that for anything custom like crate covers/beds/leashes, please plan on ordering early. I don’t have an official order cutoff date because there are SO many variables this year like my order volume and if/what sort of shipping delays crop up. My recommendation is to order crate covers/beds by the first week in November. Leashes, eh maybeeee the second week of November ish? Everything else should be available into early December though. Thank you so much to everyone who’s already ordered early! I love seeing the things you’ve picked out as gifts!

always picks out the most gorgeous color combos for her convertible leashes. If I remember correctly, this one was wine and eggplant. And it works perfectly with her therapy dog work where it’s helpful to have a hands-free option. Her momma also just so happens to be the gal behind bandanas. If you see a bandana you love, odds are I could make a leash to match it so you have a coordinating set 😊

Thank you all for the naming suggestions on the last post! Hoping to have a few more color combos in the works soon that will also need some suggestions!
