Meet Noah! This handsome fella had a pretty rough start in life and is very reactive and scared. We are just getting to know each other and building trust. It may not look like much but the fact that he felt comfortable enough to lay next to me and eventually fall asleep was huge. Soon I can start working on building his confidence and teaching some leash manners. I’m excited to see him progress. 💕🐾
