First show for Nero was this past weekend! There were about 40 kittens and he made two finals - he was clearly scared at the start of day 1 but he really got over that quickly and was pretty much his ornery, playful self. So proud of this guy - shows are NOT normal environments for cats and he took to it well, showing how confident he is. And not even 6 months old yet!

Taking Nero (and Wasabi) to a cat show in Wilmington, Ohio, this Saturday/Sunday! Nero's first one, so hopefully things go well for him in a brand new environment. Wasabi will be continuing pursuit of Supreme Grand Master, the highest title for a household pet cat in a TICA show. She's already attained Double Grand Master in just two shows as an adult! (Never mind Nero's "side eye" in this pic...you try getting TWO cats to look at a camera for a picture at the same time!)
