✨🐎 Greystone Farm had a wonderful weekend at the Aiken, SC horse show!

🏆 Catch & Vera continued their strong run in the 1.20m jumper division, earning a 2nd place finish on Saturday.

🌟 Chubby & Lissette showed why they’re stars in the ring—winning 1st in USHJA u/s and 2nd in Low Adult u/s, plus a 4th and 7th over fences in Low Adult.

🎉 Santiago & Nikki brought home the Reserve Championship, with Santiago shining in a fabulous challenge round on Sunday.

🐴 Finnegan, our baby of the barn, had his very first show trip outside his Greystone home. We’re so proud to see him settle in and shine in a new environment.

💙 We’re also thrilled to welcome a new barn family member from Germany—an exchange student and fellow equestrian who already feels right at home with us.

🐶 And as a bonus, Georgia had her sister Bella by her side this weekend—double the love, double the support!

Another weekend full of great rides, learning moments, and barn family pride. Way to go, team Greystone! 💫

A big shoutout to our coach Dale Wright and barn manager Lauren Donahue for making every single horse show a memorable learning and fun experience!!

🌟 Greystone Takes on Tryon! 🌟
What a week at the Horse Show—ribbons, milestones, and memories!

🏅 Isla & Cat dominated the Zone 3/4/7 Finals in the 1.0m division—clear both days and bringing home Team Gold!
🎉 Vera & Catch made their 1.2m debut and came home with some shiny ribbons to match!
🎀 Glamorous lived up to her name—collecting 13 ribbons with Lauren in warmups and Talia over the weekend, placing from 2nd to 7th!
🐴 Theo had not one but two of his favorite girls in the ring—pulling great ribbons in the USHJA 2’6” and Children’s Hunters.
💫 Janita put in fabulous rounds all week long, showing consistency and her usual unbeatable style!

Proud of every horse and rider who gave it their all. Tryon, we’ll be back! 💪💚

Most are off today, but not Georgia. She’s still on duty—Coach’s most loyal (and calmest) work partner, keeping watch through every lesson.

Hope Dale has something special lined up for her—Georgia has definitely earned her double time. 🐾

Greystone Farm took on the Loudoun Benefit Horse Show in Upperville, VA — and let’s just say, we had a great time!

From first-timers stepping up to champion ribbons flying home, our team showed up with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of horsepower. Here’s how our crew did (alphabetical style because we’re organized like that, even in chaos):

🐴 Cat & Isla
Debuting in the 1.10m together for the first time — and they placed! 🎀 No big deal, just leveling up like pros.

🐴 Catch & Vera
This duo brought the heat in the 1.10m Juniors with a pile of solid ribbons 🎀 and confident, forward rounds. Stronger every time they walk in the ring!

🐴 Chubby & Lissette
Chubby danced his way to a 4th in the Low Adults and 5th in the USHJA 2’6” Under Saddle. 🎀 Lissette kept it cool and classy with some lovely rides and all the good vibes.

🐴 Gus & Emily
Gus came to work. A 2nd in a seriously competitive Adult Ammy division 🥈, a 5th in the hack, and strong placings in the Take2 Thoroughbred division. Thoroughbred brain? More like champion mindset.

🐴 Janita & Krista
Krista and Janita tackled the 2’6” USHJA, the 2’9”, and the Low Adults — earning well-deserved ribbons 🎀 in stacked divisions. Steady, stylish, and all about progress.

🐴 Pancake & Roma
Pancake casually placed 3rd out of 39 in the classic 🥉 like it was no big deal. Spoiler: It was a big-time effort and a big-time result!

🐴 Revy & Courtney
Reserve Champion 🏅 in the 1.10m Adult Ammy Jumpers, with a blazing win in the speed round and a 3rd in the classic. Fast, focused, and fearless! 🎯

🐴 Santiago & Nikki
Big debut for this pair in the Children’s Hunters. Six months into their partnership and already nailing rounds. Trust: built. Confidence: rising. Teamwork: on point. 🎀

🐴 Taco & Liz
Taco did all the things — 6th in the USHJA 2’6” over fences, 3rd in the hack, a blue ribbon 💙 in Low Adults, and wrapped the week as Low Adult Champion 🏆. Go team Taco! We are so proud of the pair!

Massive shoutout to our coach, Dale Wright, whose sharp eye, tireless work, and expert coaching helped every pair bring their best to the ring. From course walks to last-minute adjustments, Dale kept things dialed in all week long.

And to Lauren Donahue, Jordan Martin, and Rogelio, the behind-the-scenes barn wizards 🧹✨ making sure every horse is healthy, happy, and show-ring ready — we see you, we appreciate you, we couldn’t do it without you.

Early mornings, eager riders, and curious spectators with four legs 🐴☀️

Lessons kicked off bright and early at 7:15 AM today at Greystone Farm—quite a few riders racing the forecast to squeeze in some solid saddle time before the rain hits.

Meanwhile, the barn aisle is full of heads-on-a-swivel—horses watching horses, like it’s their favorite Netflix series! 😂

We’ve got 10 horses heading to Middleburg (VA) next week for the Loudoun Benefit Horse Show, June 10–15—and if these stall-side critics had scorecards, they’d definitely have opinions.

We ride, rain or shine! 🌧️🏇

Here’s a highlight reel from our May show at the Triangle Sandhills Spring Classic ‘A’ at Carolina Horse Park: unforgettable memories, endless laughs, and hard-earned ribbons—soaked in sunshine and shared with the best barn family we could ask for.

🎖️ Krista Jones and her wonderful mare Janita had a fantastic weekend, earning a 3rd in their first hunter and in the classic on Saturday, plus a 6th in the Open Hunter on Friday and another 6th in the second hunter on Sunday. So proud of this pair in a very competitive group!

🏅 Nikki Massey had a stellar show, taking 1st in her 12–14 Equitation flat, 4th in her first hunter, 2nd in her second hunter, and laying down a beautiful classic round that scored an impressive 81!

🎉 Roma Caddell and Pancake continue to grow as a team, putting in strong, confident rounds and earning some solid ribbons in the Low Adults. Their partnership keeps getting better every time they step in the ring.

🌟 Huge shoutout to Talia and Glamorous on their show debut! They came out swinging with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in their division—an exciting start to what’s sure to be a promising show career.

And beyond the ribbons, it was always the little moments that made it all unforgettable: sun-soaked days, fans running to keep Georgia cool, and nonstop laughter, stories, and support from our barn family. This is what it’s all about. Until next time 🐴❤️

🌟 We’re back — and better than ever! 🌟
We know it’s been a minute since we last posted (okay...since November 😅), but trust us — we’ve been busy behind the scenes with exciting changes, new faces, horse shows all around country, and fresh energy around the barn.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our newest team members:
👋 Roma Caddell, our new Barn Manager — keeping everything running smoothly from stalls to schedules, scouting out shows across the country, and making sure our team shines both at home and in the ring.
🐎 Lauren Donahue, our Groom — bringing care, consistency, and a whole lot of heart to the horses.

And speaking of horses... our barn family just got a whole lot bigger: ❤️
✨ Santiago – our stunning new equitation horse, proudly owned and loved by Nikki Massey. Before you catch him making serious moves in the eq ring, you might just spot him picking up experience and miles in the hunter ring 👀.
🌿 Greystone Flora Faye – our youngest hunter pony, in training with Dale and also owned by Nikki Massey... and yes, she’s got serious bloodlines — her grandpa is the one and only Consul from Iron Spring Farm 👑.
💫 Glamor – fresh from Myrtle Beach and already stealing hearts (and peppermints), co-owned and loved by Talia and her mom Jennifer Sutowski.
🌸 Annie – a beautiful and soulful mare from Ohio, now living her best life in the barn, also co-owned and adored by Talia and her mom Jennifer.
🥞 Pancake – sweet as the name implies, and loved by our barn manager Roma.
🌧️ Rayne – full of spirit and heart, owned and loved by our groomer rider Lauren.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful for this new chapter — and excited to share more of the moments, milestones, and magic happening at the barn.

Zone 3 Finals at the Washington Regional Horse Show was a huge success !

🏆 Vera & Catch Me 53 are the Zone 3 Champions of the 1.10m JR Jumpers !! We are so extremely proud of this pair 🤩

🏆 Emily & Street Smart had incredible rounds all week and earned Champion of the TB division with two class wins 🥇

🏆 Fiona & Bonito were Champion and Reserve of the 2’ and 2’3” USHJA with multiple class wins 🥇

🏆 Hadley & Bonito impressed us all at their first show together, and Hadley’s first show at 2’6”. They ended the weekend with Reserve Champion in the Intermediate EQ 😍

🔴 Everly & Bonito competed in a HUGE W/T class with 20 entries, and came away with the second place prize 🥈

🟡 Liz & Simpatico also competed for the first time as a team, with amazing results. They earned many great ribbons, including a 3rd place in a competitive USHJA over fences 🥉

⚪️ Remy & Cheers had good trips and earned ribbons in the 2’6” all week. The highlight was a 4th place finish in one of the Zone Finals Low Adult over fences on Sunday 😎

✨ Lissette & Helios had good trips in the 2’6” USHJA with ribbons in a large division !

✨ Leigh & Syndicate, and Krista & Janita, both had a fun weekend with good rounds in large, competitive divisions !
