Since newer clients might not be aware we do charge 3.75% to run a credit card. We have to do this in order to offer payments via credit or debit card. We do accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, cash or check as well.

We are a small business and our employees rely on you showing up for your appointment. If you do no show for your appointment you must pay 50% of your pet’s groom price before we rebook you. An invoice will also be sent via text for you to pay through our secure online portal. If you miss more than 2 appointments you will be required to prepay for the groom at booking and it is non refundable. We are booked a ways out and have people waiting for appointments so it is unfair to them to not have the chance to get in sooner if you know you can’t make your appointment.

🚨Grooming Policy Update- Please Read🚨
We've been experiencing an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. With that being said we need to start enforcing our policies more moving forward.

⚠️We Understand Life Happens
We know emergencies and unexpected situations can come up. These situations will be handled case by case, and we always do our best to be fair and understanding.

🐾Why This Matters
Our groomers reserve dedicated time just for your pet. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows don't give us ample time to fill that spot, impacting both the team and other clients that are waiting for an appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and your support of our small business as we continue to provide the best possible care for your pets. If you have any questions, please reach out and we would be happy to help!

We will be closed April 24th-26th during the Maple Syrup Festival. They close down our street and it makes getting to us more of a challenge. For this reason the demand for appoints those days is very low.
