Services & Rates
Here's a detailed look at the personalized services I offer:
✨Overnight House Sitting (No Pets):
Rate: $90 per 12-hour block (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM).
Discount: $75 per night for bookings longer than 5 days.
Includes: Watering plants, collecting mail, managing contractors (e.g., home maintenance, pool, landscaping), and addressing minor maintenance issues. My goal is to ensure your property remains secure and well-cared for, deterring any signs of vacancy. I will also perform light cleaning before departure, leaving your home as I found it. I travel with my own food, bedding, and cleaning supplies and kindly request a clean space to sleep, eat, and bathe.
24-Hour Care: Please contact me to discuss details and pricing for 24-hour house sitting.
✨Overnight Pet Nanny:
Rate: $120 for a 14-hour block (5:30 PM - 7:30 AM). This can be adjusted by one hour either way.
Additional Pets: Add $10 per additional pet.
Discount: $90 per night (plus $10 per additional pet) for bookings longer than 5 days.
Includes: An evening long dog walk in your neighborhood, a quick pre-bed potty break, feeding and watering, a professional pet massage, and engaging playtime (practicing commands, tricks, or simply relaxing with your pet). We'll follow your pet's usual routine to ensure their comfort. In the morning, a long dog walk with feeding, watering, and another pet massage, followed by a short potty break before I leave. I'll also collect mail and water plants if needed. I perform light cleaning before departure, ensuring your home is pristine. I travel with my own food, bedding, and cleaning supplies and request a clean space to sleep, eat, and bathe.

✨Daytime Pet Check-Ins:
30 Minutes: $25 (add $10 per additional pet).
1 Hour: $35 (add $10 per additional pet).
Includes: Fresh food and water, light cleaning of pet areas (e.g., putting away toys, cleaning litter box), a short walk for dogs, and a professional pet massage.
✨NEW! Daytime Pet Care Time Blocks:
3-7 Hours: $25 per hour (add $10 per additional pet).
8-10 Hours: $20 per hour (add $10 per additional pet).
Includes: Long walks with command practice, potty breaks, fresh food and water, mental stimulation through play and training, and professional pet massages. Perfect for pets who thrive with constant companionship.
✨Dog Walking:
30 Minutes: $25 (add $10 per additional pet).
1 Hour: $35 (add $10 per additional pet).
Includes: A one-hour adventure to a local hike or beach for exercise, or playtime in your neighborhood or backyard if your dog prefers. This service focuses solely on the walk and does not include in-home care beyond pick-up and drop-off.
