Let’s go with the cockatiel bird dump & how much THEY loves him this past 2 yrs . He’s such a gentle soul with our birds! 🥰❤️👏🏼🤙🏻 today is re-fresh seed /treat cracker day . BF amazing they love him !

New Girl , she was sitting in the water bowl , 1/2 inch maybe went & got warm water to fill it up … huge strides as I poured the water to brim for her … she never move & enjoyed a long bath . Note: she skiddish , only non handfed by me bird , I bought her as an adult from aviary breeder friend. The fact that she waited til I finished pouring water is awesome ! 👏🏼 3 yrs later “maybe” warming up to us??
She’s a great mom that hatched 6/8 babies i kept! ❤️🙌🏻

I don’t think they at the moment like the new things …. Gotta keep em on those toes … the flat hanging grass perch I feel the handicap parakeets will enjoy most each only has 1 leg that’s not lepo. Hens all on rope cautious. They will come around lots of stuff to destroy now! Kona with his extreme up close tried to lick me 😆😆

Time to change things up . Been a year so I grabbed a few items to bring enrichment into the Tiels lives , besides all the pampering they get. I’ll be adding a breeding cage inside soon so I want to encourage play with others that won’t be set up . Once spring comes I want to add a 2x4 ft patch of grass also on bottom of cage to give them different feels 🙂 (currently it’s just compacted dirt floor.
I did think about making my own wood perches but when I added up the total for 4 1x6 flat perches with hardware was like 32 vs the 30 for the 6 varieties I ordered . Hoping Cappy my wf hen will still find her routine amongst the new items . I will not change the placement of her favorite morning swing time 🙂 ❤️

Indian Ringneck wild visiting
So we have 2 that live 2 houses away wild that stay cuz “duck lady” feed em
Now we have 4 soooo math …🤔😆 I’m pretty sure since this is 2nd time he/she visited its s curious young adult .
Too cute & I love it!
My Mocha (cinn lutino) does not & scared him away 2 x protecting her territory! 🦜
