Did you know a landmark study conducted in a Denmark showed that riders who spent 20 minutes of ride time with little to no contact (I.e your walk warm up, breaks, even stretchy trot) had a 40% higher soundness rate?

Honestly this is one of many studies that show the benefits of walking!
