My first taxidermy show will definitely be hard to forget. From my bluegill winning OTA Best Reproduction and Best Professional Fish, to an all nighter pulled Friday night to finish some last minute details in the hotel room. A weekend spent with great friends, and meeting more great people and taxidermists.
I went with the intentions to learn and to become a better taxidermist, and left with not just new knowledge but great memories, a little sleep deprivation, and the motivation and confidence to continue to grow and learn.
Thank you Ohio Taxidermists Association, all the judges, and everyone else that helped me and gave me input to use in the future!
