Good opportunity for a fisherman here especially for the speckle trout enthusiasts. 1.64 acres in Mariners Woods on the PiankatankRiver. Deeded access to private boat ramp and deep water slips . HOA dues only 300 annually. 3 bedroom septic letter. In 3 years I haven't seen 1 person using the ramp or pier. With the public boat ramps getting more crowded every year this is golden. Gonna be fishing hard this summer. Limited schedule The few days I did fish last year we wacked them with some paperwork to boot. Not sure about April yet. Not crazy about running around all day for 1 or 2 fish. We will see how it goes. On the flats in May where you can work on them. Post my open days later

I would like to wish all my people a Merry Christmas. This past season was a little unpredictable and that made me very reluctant on taking charters so I didn't advertise like I usually do. Built my business on a guarantee for the most part , before this past season I could tell you how many, how big and when we would be back at the dock but wasn't the case this year. Never seen it where you could go Monday and catch a big limit by 9:00 and go Tuesday and not get a bite. Got to where I didn't want to chance it. Not too many things worse than not catching fish on a charter. Anyway we will see what this coming year brings. Happy Holidays from Fins n Feathers

I've fished 7 days in the rain, snow and 40 mph winds and haven't so much as lost a minnow. I've fished from Gargatha to Quimby and have talked to people all over the Shore, it's just not time yet. Water temp has dropped 5 degrees in the last couple of days. I have a long list of people waiting for me to call to tell to come on but I'm sure it will be the first of May before that happens. I will keep trying, all I can do.
