Today, our current online storefront will be shut down and we will be launching with a new vendor tomorrow, Blue Rabbit. During this transition we are taking every measure to ensure there is no disruption in your medication supply.

Here's what you can expect:
Account Action Needed! You will need to create an account with our new provider, Blue Rabbit. On the day we transition, you will receive a welcome email that will include instructions on creating a new password and activating your account. After successfully creating your account, you’re all set and ready to order! If you have existing Auto ship subscriptions, you will need to re-start your subscription at the time of your next order.
Customer Service. Blue Rabbit has a dedicated customer support team that will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. You can reach them at [email protected] or (800)-532-0082.
Clear Communication. Any new prescriptions, orders, shipping confirmations, or Auto ship reminders will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please make sure to whitelist [email protected] so you don’t miss a message from our online pharmacy.

We wanted to let you know that we are in the process of switching services. We will no longer be using Vetstoria.
