Amaranth
A vibrant microgreen rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, and beta-carotene. Amaranth supports immune health, healthy circulation, and provides powerful antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress. Its deep red pigments contain polyphenols linked to cellular protection.
Arugula
Peppery and invigorating, arugula is high in vitamins A, C, and K, plus calcium and folate. It contains glucosinolates, plant compounds known for their antioxidant and detox-supporting properties, especially for liver health.
Basil
