Good afternoon friends,

Please be advised that due to an influx of last-minute cancellations and no-call no-shows, The Barking Barber is implementing a new cancellation policy, effective immediately. As of today, all appointments will require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Any appointment cancelled or no-showed after this timeframe will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the groom. Additionally, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply to any appointment rescheduled after the 24-hour window. Please note that these fees must be paid prior to rebooking any service with me.
