We are asking all our clients past and present, and everyone that is use to calling Clyde . He is not well, so we ask that you refrain from calling him. If you need assistance, please call the office at 757-427-1537. We will return your call as soon as possible, or stop in the office. Office hours are 9 to 1 weekdays. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. We will still pick up pets, even though we are closed. Please we ask that you honor our request.

A MATTER OF CHOICE!!!!!!!
If you take your baby to a vet, and they have to be put to sleep, you are grieving, you wonder now what? The what is that YOU DO have a choice, you can choose what you want to do, BURY or CREMATE. But you are told that you have to use who they use and it's only cremation. NOT TRUE. WHEN AND IF YOU ASK am I guaranteed to get my pets ashes back, and then they don't really give you a straight answer, ask to see the cremation facilities, if you are told no, that's a red flag.
With us you have a choice burial or cremation,
and we will be happy to show you our facilities, and explain the procedure to you, you may also watch us put them in, if you want to. We even guarantee in writing, that you are getting your pets ashes back.
Legally they CANNOT MAKE YOU use the facility they use. You may use anyone of your choice, whether it be for burial or cremation.
We invite you to stop in and visit anytime except Sunday and Monday, we are off. Make an appointment any weekday between 9 and 1
We will be glad to answer your question and show you around. Hope to see you soon. REMEMBER it's your CHOICE your baby.

Everyone knows that it is grass cutting season. But I'll bet no one knows what happens behind the scenes! Let me start at the beginning, 1st and foremost the guys only get 40 hours every 2 weeks. If Eric has to stop weedeating to dig for a burial, ( yes we dig them not a machine). So Eric can't weedeat and dig a grave at the same time.
Mike is the manager so he has office work to do or prepare a dog and casket for burial. We bathe the dog or cat and blow dry them before they are put in the chapel for viewing. Or if you want a speciality pawprint he has to make that. Then he is free to go out and cut grass unless something is broke and try and fix it.
After all this is done then he can go cut grass.
After all of this and things I didn't mention how many hours do you think they have left? We reduced our hours due to financial reasons. If you want to weedeat your own grave we would certainly be happy, we need VOLUNTEERS. So instead of complaining, volunteer to help out.
The office hours are 9-1 everyday except for Sunday and Monday we are closed, we still pick up pets that have passed. We do have an answering service, but office hours are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. The graveyard itself is open from sun up to sun down. No one after dark.
