-All weather granite dust footing
-Timed, automatic sprinkling system for optimum footing
-180' x 40' center isle barn
-20 12' x 12' tongue and groove knotty pine stalls
-Wall mounted fans in each stall
-'Soft Stall' therapeutic stall mattresses - reduces leg, knee and hoof fatigue as well as hock & hoof

abrasions. Also helps eliminate bacteria, odor and insects.
-Automatic waterers
-3 wash stalls with pressurized hot water and no slip mats
-Farrier/vet stall
-Climate controlled lounge with visual access to the riding ring
-Climate controlled tack room
-8 single turnout paddocks
-3 large turnout fields with hardwood 3 rail fencing
-Access to large indoor arena
