Important NEW Policy & Drop-Off Tips
We kindly ask all clients to wait until we text you before arriving to pick up your pet. Arriving early not only stresses us out and makes us feel rushed, but it also affects your dog. When they see you before we’re finished, they become excited and think it’s time to leave, making it nearly impossible to safely complete their groom. If this happens, we will have to stop services immediately, and the full grooming fee will still apply.
Please also keep in mind that grooming times can vary. We are a multi-groomer salon, and with full schedules and unpredictable dogs, there are times when things take longer than expected. We will always prioritize your pet’s comfort over speed, ensuring they have a less stressful experience without being rushed.
Tips for a Smooth Drop-Off:
Dogs are incredibly in tune with emotions—they feel what you feel. If you come in anxious or say things that make your dog seem nervous, that’s exactly how they’ll behave. They pick up on stress, nervousness, sadness, excitement, and even hesitation. That’s why we always maintain calm, confident body language when working with pets.
To help your dog have the best experience:
✅ Stay calm and confident during drop-off.
✅ Keep goodbyes short and positive.
✅ Avoid nervous energy or phrases like “I know you don’t like this” or “It’s okay, don’t be scared.”
✅ Trust us to take care of your pet with patience and kindness.
We have found it necessary to implement a NO-SHOW & SHORT NOTICE CANCELATION Policy
We will start enforcing a no-show and cancellation policy. If you cancel last minute (less than 24 hours) or don’t show up, you will be required to pay for the missed appointment. Whether or not a pet is on the table, our employees still get paid, and last-minute cancellations put our business in the negative. This isn’t about being harsh—it’s about keeping our small business sustainable.
We truly appreciate everyone who respects and understands these policies! Thank you for your continued support. 💙
