This very sweet older girl was surrendered by her owner. Her name is Pip and we're going to fix her up and find a new home for her. She gets along with other dogs and is very easy to get along with. If you are interested in an older sweet dog or know someone that could use a little buddy please let us know.

It's been so busy here I forgot our 15 year Anniversary. A huge shout out to my amazing staff and crew and their undying conviction for the best pet care possible. I am deeply grateful for your dedication in a very often thankless job. We have come full circle with many of our pet owners who have brought their pets in as pups or kittens and now we're guiding them through their last stages of life. It's an amazing, emotional journey. A sincere thank you for those that have stuck with us since Monday, March 1, 2010. We're not done yet. But it feels good to stop every once in awhile to take stock and thank those who have kept us going.

We say goodbye to Sydney who's leaving to continue her education as a veterinary technician. We wish you the best.

We also say congratulations to all those who have worked here in some capacity on their way to becoming doctors of veterinary medicine: Dr. Maddie Moen, Dr. Natalie Stout, and Payton Haeffner who made it into LSU this year. I am proud of you all!

We will be closed on November 28 and 29 to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families.
Also, feel free to join the Vinton Running Group's Annual Hot Chocolate 5K run or walk on Thursday at 7 AM at Celebration Park. Hot chocolate, cider, and treats are provided. This is a FREE event and is not timed. It's just for fun and exercise before the big day.
