Puppy Kindergarten is back at the farm on Saturdays at 10 am starting in June!

This class is for dogs six months and under, including body handling, basic cues, advanced behaviors like leash walking, and a chance to meet both on-leash and off-leash to practice polite greetings and healthy play with similar aged playmates.

Classes run on a drop-in schedule and you can enroll each week (or for a few weeks in advance!) at www.sjunleashed.com - we offer per-class pricing or an 8-pack option!

Note: if you are on a waitlist, this does not guarantee a spot in class, but we will reach out to you if a seat opens. And don’t forget to check out for some training tips to start at home with!

Agility Lessons available in 30 min or 60 min packages on Fridays and Saturdays by appointment at the farm!

One-on-one lessons are a great way to help your dog build their skills without distractions, or to work on some of the challenges that come up between classes and fine-tune handling skills!

Pssst... Ego here to let you all know that our All-Levels Obedience class is now also all-ages! We look forward to offering a new puppy program in spring but for now our Puppy Kindergarten class will be combined with All-Levels through March with both groups meeting at 11:30 am.

Reed & Leo worked so hard to learn this game from the very basics to this complicated obstacle course. We started with one cookie in one bowl, then one cookie in a row of five bowls to learn “Let’s Go!”

Then we put some poles on the ground between each target, and finally a jump at the end for a big hurrah.

This game helps with recall, leash walking, body awareness, relationship building and problem solving skills... plus it’s a fun and easy way to burn some energy indoors while the winter weather makes walks only harder.

Awesome work, Leo & Reed! I can’t wait to see how far you go together. 💛

Pebbles has taken group obedience classes, group agility classes, participates in the program, goes for behavior walks in the city, and recently started private lessons with .doggo at the farm for one-on-one agility practice to support her behavior modification plan.

Despite being half blind, Pebbles puts her whole heart into training and had come so far since we started working together. Today we introduced a front cross, which was extra hard for her as we went from her seeing side (right eye) to her blind side (left eye) and immediately over a jump.

Amazing work, ! It’s not easy to work a new course set AND new handling in 30 minutes and y’all crushed it today!
