April and May tend to be the busiest time of year for dog groomers. If an appointment has been reserved for you, please respect the time that has been committed to you and the care of your pet. If you miss an appointment that has been reserved for you, you will go to a waitlist for the next available time. I try to be as flexible as possible but there are only so many hours in a day. My body will only hold out to do so many in a days’ time. I will never compromise the quality of care and the attention given to each client that walks through my door. I will say it again as I have many times, the best way to secure an appointment is to set up a regular schedule on our books so that we can ensure you an appointment.

Keep your dog's coat healthy and tangle-free! 🐕 Brush their coat at least 2-3 times a week using an undercoat rake and a slicker brush. 🧹 This helps remove loose fur and prevents matting, keeping your furry friend looking and feeling their best! ✨🐾

I have been tossing around some package ideas and I need some input… I’ve been thinking about offering a bathing package or a membership option especially for curly coat maintenance. Would there be any interest in a monthly bathing membership option? I’m also considering a puppy package for puppies at least 12 weeks of age through their first year to acclimate them to the grooming process and teach basic table manners. Thoughts?

Due to an overwhelming interest in our bather position, I have decided to bring all applicants in one of the afternoons next week to do a trial run to make sure that it is a good fit before committing to the job. This will be my “interview” for each applicant. I will be in touch with each one today, to set up the time that works best for you. I am excited to see where The Farmhouse is headed! We are all still learning together and I am sure that many will have some great qualities to bring to the business!!!

The month of April is officially BOOKED!!! Wow!!! We never thought we would get to this point! All other requests will go on a waiting list and first available will go to the first in the waiting list. May only has about 7 or 8 appointment slots left. We are blown away by the support of our surrounding communities!!! God has blessed this litttle business so much in the past two years! We have awesome clients and their people are pretty great too😘.
