Good morning 🐾
I hope everyone’s holidays were joyful and spent with the loved ones. I am posting some new boundaries for the new year that pertain to the pet grooming building. Below is a list of these new boundaries 🫶🏻
* Do Not Knock (or ring door bell) on my home door or windows. My home is not the grooming shop.
* Do Not come to my home unannounced when it is not working hours.
* If you would like to have an early drop off time for your pet one has to be appointed to you. This also follows showing up 30 mins ~ 1 hour ahead of your pet’s appointment time. Meaning contact myself (Shanna) or (Sabrina) through the text thread you receive for appointment reminders/time for pick up. I will provide you instructions for your early drop off. So do not delete those text messages, so you can refer back to that text to ask questions.
* *Pick Up* If you show up early for pick up without receiving a text message stating that your pet is ready for pick up,and your pet sees you. The groom 🛑 stops, and you will still be charged the full price of your pet’s grooming services for that appointment.
* We are not responsible for your pet’s coat condition between grooming appointments. That requires at home care that you as the owner of that pet is responsible for.
* Please use the driveway. Do Not turn around in your vehicle on the grass/yard.
* *No Show* The No Show policy will be enforced. Please read the No Show policy.
* Please use our link 🔗 to book your pet’s appointments. Super easy and is located on the Facebook *new page* located in the bio and is highlighted in blue (click the link to book appointments)
* *Scheduling multiple appointments* Make sure that you plan to make each of those scheduled appointments. If this continues all appointments scheduled will be canceled. This also takes away from others trying to book appointments.
* If you need help making appointments do so at pick up during check out.
* Before dropping off your pet make sure they have been out to potty before dropping off. You are also welcome to use the front yard (DO NOT USE THE DRIVEWAY ROCKS) and a 💩 bag will be provided. If you have someone else dropping off please remind them to do this small task. We do realize accidents happen, but when this does happen it takes time away from not only your appointment, the following appointments, & our time schedule. This requires a, full clean up, sanitation clean up, & an another bath & blow dry. So keep this in mind.
* We are working with animals, so please do not text or call and ask if your pet is ready for pick up. Multiple things can happen and REMEMBER we are working with animals. We as humans do require to use the restroom, & try to eat a lunch (in which most days we do not lol)
* **After Hours Pick Up** There will be a clean up kit if your pet has an accident. Everything you need to tidy the kennel back up & cleaned. Failure to do so you will be charged a $5.00 clean up fee at your pet’s next grooming appointment. I work extremely hard to keep the grooming shop clean and sanitary.
Hopefully you have read this for, and we wish everyone a blessed New Year! ✨🫶🏻
Kind Regards, Shanna & Sabrina
