***Holiday Hours Announcement***

The shelter will be closed from Wednesday the 24th through Friday the 26th of December. We will reopen on Saturday, December 27th at 9am. If you were hoping to stop by before Christmas, the shelter will still be open today and tomorrow from 12:30pm-4:30pm.

We are beyond grateful for all of the love and generosity shown to our shelter this holiday season (and all year around truthfully). We celebrated last week with our Thanksgiving Potluck! A lot of food and the best coworkers anyone could ask for.

We always give out a Golden Turkey to the person who brings the best dish and it is no surprise that the winner, for the 3 year in a row, with her deviled eggs is:

We have several barn cats that are ready to find their furever homes. While these cats aren't usually very cuddly or friendly, they still make excellent pets and deserve to find a happy place to live outside of the shelter.
These cats would be great for barns, farms, shops, or any outdoor space where you would need a cat on patrol. They are all spayed/neutered and vaccinated. They do require a hard case cat carrier per cat you want to adopt.
If you are interested in adopting a barn cat, please call the shelter at 770-214-3590 to ask about how to adopt!
