🦅 Did you know? Eagles will sometimes perform what’s called a “death spiral” during courtship — locking talons midair and spiraling toward the ground together at incredible speeds before breaking apart at the last second.

It’s believed to be a test of trust, strength, and commitment between the pair. Nature is wild, beautiful, and just a little unhinged… kind of like the exotic world we all love here at The Lizard Lounge Exotic Pets. 🐍🦎🔥

Next time someone says romance is dead, remind them some couples literally freefall toward the earth together to prove a point. 😂

One of the BIG highlights from tonight’s Lizard Lounge Exotic Pets After Hours event — Storm our reticulated python showing off that absolutely incredible food response! 🐍🔥

Moments like this are exactly why we love hosting these events. Getting to see people experience these amazing animals up close, learn about their behaviors, and gain a deeper respect for reptiles is what it’s all about.

Storm definitely stole the spotlight for a minute and reminded everyone just how intelligent, powerful, and impressive retics truly are. The crowd reaction was priceless. 😂

Thank you again to everyone who came out tonight and made another After Hours event such a success. We love sharing these experiences with all of you and helping people explore the wild side of reptiles in a safe and educational environment.

Another AMAZING turnout for The Lizard Lounge Exotic Pets After Hours event! 🦎🔥

Seriously… y’all showed UP and the energy tonight was absolutely incredible. From talking reptiles and husbandry to meeting new people who share the same passion for all things wild, this community continues to blow us away every single time.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, supported local, asked questions, learned something new, and helped make tonight another unforgettable event. Seeing people genuinely excited about reptiles, education, and conservation is exactly why we keep doing this.

And of course — a special thank you to Snake Bite Tattoo for yet another AWESOME venomous demonstration! 🐍💀 The knowledge, professionalism, and passion they bring to these events always keeps the crowd hooked.

We love building this weird, wild little reptile family with all of you and we already can’t wait for the next one.
