To whom it concerns:

Southern Choices cares about the health and well-being of our individuals, families, and employees. As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread throughout the communities where we live and work, in order to continue to help protect the health and safety of our individuals and employees, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close Southern Choices Day Center and all CAI and CAG services until March 31. We will continue to provide CLS services to families at this time.
