Edit! November and December are booked as is most of January! So thankful to all of you and your patience. ❤️
To all of my clients who have been patiently waiting for my return to grooming, a date has been set! I will be slowly returning to work starting November 9th!
It's going to be very limited right now as I have a very clingy infant at home who still requires frequent feedings. Currently I will only be able to take one dog at a time unless they are two dogs I can get completed in under two hours, such as dogs who only get baths with no haircuts. I hate this for my two dog people, but I just can't yet take longer with the baby's schedule. I'm starting back with one appointment available each week on Sundays at 1pm. If you only need nails trimmed, I can fit those in any weekday. I was hoping to be able to start off offering more appointments, but my husband's job is forcing a change of hours on him that really limits my ability to groom. I hope to be able to offer more appointments as he gets older.
Due to now having a baby and having a very limited availability for right now, there will be a few things being implemented.
1. All dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of me notifying you that they are ready. I can generally give you an idea of how long it will take for your dog to be completed and therefore an estimated pick up time. Dogs at my house after the 30 minute mark will start accruing daycare fees. $15 per half hour that they are left with me past the 30 minute pick up time. Example, your dogs groom is $60 and I let you know your dog is ready at 12. If you get here at 12:45, your grooming charge will be $75.
2. Any dog with fleas will be getting a capstar! That's an additional charge of $15 per dog. Please keep your pets on prevention year round!
3. If you aren't going to make your appointment please give me a 24hr heads up so I can allow someone else to have the option to fill your spot. No shows who don't give me any heads up will be required to pay half the price of their next groom in order to book again.
4. All dogs must be up to date on their rabies vaccine. I will need a copy to have on hand before their next appointment or brought with them to the appointment. I haven't enforced this before, but with a child in the house, I at least need them to have that. I will not take them if I do not have proof of a current rabies vaccination.
5. I am not currently taking new clients, though I wish I could!
I have missed seeing all of my pups and I look forward to being able to take care of them once more! I appreciate everyone's patience while I was out and hope you will continue to have patience with me while I continue to navigate the challenges of motherhood. Please reach out if you'd like to schedule or have any questions! November is fully booked and December and January are filling fast!
