What You’ll Do:

-Greet clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude

-Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications

-Maintain patient records and assist with general office duties

-Support our veterinary team in providing excellent care

What We’re Looking For:

-A positive, team-oriented attitude

-Strong communication and multitasking skills

-Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

-A love for animals and compassion for their care
