Maverick has been lightly restarted and with time post track for let down. He’s proven to be very willing and quick to progress with a confident rider. He has a very natural lead change and a balanced, comfortable canter. Started on x-rails with a more whoa than go mentality. Nice rhythm that allows him to find the jumps easily with a little support. Rides out around the property, with or without a buddy.

Fun at the Spring Fling!

🦄Phenomenon and Kimberlie Coghill secured Reserve Champion in their Hunter Division. They also participated in their first Medal & Hunter Derby, earning a 4th place ribbon in the KHJA Medal and 3rd in the Hunt & Go Derby!
🦄Brittany Monroe had a successful catch ride in the Long Stirrup U/S, earning 6th place!
🦄Hometown Hero & Caleb Garcia commenced their partnership with a win, earning 1st place in the Low Adult EQ Flat!
🦄Count Calogero won Best Young Horse, demonstrating exceptional young horse abilities.

Pop Culture K and Madison Purcell are off to a strong start in the Adult Hunters, having won 🥇 the Under Saddle class and a beautiful over fences round for 2nd 🥈 . This remarkable horse is available for trials in Ohio at WEC throughout the weekend. PM to setup a time.

Championship award in the Performance Hunters for 2024, great success in the Adult Equitation including placing 9th in the THIS Medal Finals at the National Horse Show in 2023 and has been in the top placings in the National Derbies at premier shows. They delivered a hassle-free experience and imparted crucial knowledge on maintenance, which will greatly contribute to the footing's durability. This exciting development kicks off the New Year on a high note for Victory Hill!

First Lakeside weekend in the books for 2025 and a great weekend it was! All our riders rode well and had a blast. Brittany Monroe & Ethereal were Champion and Reserve for their maiden voyage together. Kimberlie Coghill & Phenomenon were Champion and Reserve with their best jumping rounds so far! Count Calogero was Champion Best Young Horse after being weaned just over 2 weeks ago. Congratulations to all on a fun successful show!

Congratulations to Olivia Ohair and Angels Envy on a great weekend showing at Lakeside Arena! They finished Champion in the Long Stirrup Hunters both days and Champion & Reserve Champion Long Stirrup Equitation. This team has really started to come together and we look forward to watching them grow throughout the year! 🦄
