Received word today. A former hitch horse for Thunderstruck has passed. His name is Ringer and he lived with his wonderful owner, Becky Doods from Springfield, Ohio. He has lived there for several years with his buddy, Rusty. He was a great horse for us and he was living the awesome life as a pasture pet. Our thoughts and sympathy go out to Becky and her family. Along with her, we all will miss him.

The Marker family is letting everyone know that Shrek passed away today. He was their favorite white faced horse. He was definitely loved by all and will be missed. He is running with his brothers and watching over us. We love you Shrek

Thunderstruck and family welcomes Eightball to the barn

Today we mourn the loss of a very special man. At 2:45 this morning Richard "Dickey" Marker passed away. Dickey was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his horses and if you ever needed to talk to him at the fair you knew where to find him, in his lawn chair behind the grandstand people watching. We love you Dickey and you'll be greatly missed, until we meet again "old buddy".

On Sunday June 7th Thunderstruck lost another great horse. Teddy will be greatly missed by the Marker family and friends. All the boys left in the barn are also missing him. Please keep everyone in your thoughts. It has been a very hard time for everyone. Thanks to everyone that helped get him to OSU
