Elvis would like for everyone to admire his cuteness while he delivers a message for me, "Tomorrow will be my last day open until the New Year. I will be closing at 2:30 and will be open Monday, January 5. I will periodically check my phone in case anyone needs to make changes to their upcoming appointments. This day could have ended a lot differently and I'm so grateful that it didn't. Thank you Lord for protecting my little home away from home. Thank you that my last client of the day had left minutes before this started. Thank you Lord for the firefighters that put it out. Thank you that I was still there and able to call it in to the authorities within seconds. Thank you to our friends who picked Kaysee up from school and our neighbors who were checking in and ready to help. Thank you Lord for trusting animals that I was able to get to safety.

Of course I couldn't find the horses halters and lead ropes so I scrounged up a rope and some dog leashes; got Billy, the cat, in his carrier and headed to the house with them all.

The fire got 10 foot from our fence. There are so many things that could have gone differently with this but the good Lord had it all under His control. Nobody was hurt and no damage was done.Its dry folks. Please, please use common sense.
