🧐Myth or Fact:

🐾Your dogs walking counts as exercise!

Myth: Types of walking CAN be exercise, but most walks are more adventure style.

🛍I think about it like going to the mall. If your walking the mall and window shopping that is good for the soul.

👟If your wearing sneakers at 7am and mall walking that is exercise.

☯Now all dogs need some degree of both.

💗Activities that are good for the soul like walking, swimming, and playing are amazing and why we have dogs.

🐾True exercise are targeted movements with a purpose. The difference with rehabilitation and fitness is the targeted exercises are with a SMART goal oriented approach to get your pet to a successful end goal.
