We started growing our first 300 palm trees in the driveway in winter 2024, then moved to an old tennis court on the property in spring of 2025, at that point we had 900 baby palms, that is the first picture. The other pictures are from today, about 1 year later, we currently have close to 5000 palms, landscape plants and topicals!

Amazing News: After much back and forth, the County has finally agreed to issue our occupation permit! This is a major win for us and the rights of property owners in IRC in general.

Due to the [many] delays in the process, we have had to again set back our opening date and likely will look to officially open in late spring :( However we will being offering limited services starting on November 15th.

Until we are fully operational, we will be offering a special rate of just $40 per night, all inclusive. No extra fees for swimming, snacks, playtime, training, or extra belly rubs.

Well, it has been an interesting few months! Unfortunately, we got some very inaccurate feedback from the IRC planning department, which has not changed our plans, but did slow them down - we are now moving forward again.

We now anticipate opening for boarding and daycare with a soft opening in September, and general opening in October. Prior to opening we will start doing more regular posts about our services. Thank you for checking in, and please stay tuned.

Barn for Lease:

Newer 8 stall barn with 5 acres of fenced field, currently set up with 4 well maintained turnouts + a pasture. There is an A/C Tack Room, and lots of storage. Locates on a 15 acre parcel there is a 2/3 of a mile perimeter riding trail and plenty of room for a round pen. We are planning to add a 200 x 100 arena this summer.

We would really like to find someone with a dream to build a horse business, but might not yet be able to afford to buy their own barn property yet.

Available July 1st. Located in Vero, close to town off 58th just north of Oslo. Relevant insurance and good credit is required. Only a safe & reasonable number of horses will be allowed.

We are hard at work on planning approvals, site build out and setting up Ruff Life Ranch, Vero Beach's newest pet boarding and daycare; currently planned to open in Late Summer 2024.

Located on 15 Acres, between the West Vero Corridor and Oslo Rd., our guests will have access to many wonderful amenities and activities in a low volume and home-like setting, so your fur babies can have all the individualized attention they deserve.

We welcome dogs, cats, pocket pets, and even have a lovely barn and pastures for horse boarding.
