It is with deep sadness that Vernon Veterinary Clinic learned of the passing of Diane Slater.
Diane was a receptionist and manager at VVC for 32 years, more than 60% of the time our clinic has been operating. She was the heart and soul of the front desk for decades. Her quick wit and dead pan delivery of humor will be missed. The owners and staff send our most heartfelt condolences and love to the family.

We will be closing early this Thursday Nov 21st at 12pm to install and transfer data to our upgraded server. Both Dr Scott and Dr Alequin will be seeing appts in the morning to try and keep the disruption to a minimum for our clients and patients.

Dr. Scott got the opportunity to help feed and play with a litter of Bullmastiff puppies he delivered two weeks ago.
This is something, as a vet, we rarely get to see or do. We deliver the pups and then we usually only see them at 2 months to certify them healthy to go to their new home. Then we rarely see them again.
This was a very special experience. Thank you Primetime Bullmastiffs for the opportunity.

This is the best example and reason why being a vet is worth it.
