To my amazing clients 🐾

After placing my shampoo and supply order last week… I’m pretty sure my soul briefly left my body when I saw the total 😅

In the nearly 3 years I’ve been grooming in this facility, I have never raised my prices. I’ve always tried my best to keep services affordable while still providing quality care, premium products, and one-on-one attention for your pups.

However, with the continued increase in product and operating costs, a small price adjustment has become necessary to keep the business running smoothly and maintain the quality you and your dogs deserve.

Beginning July 1st, 2026, all grooming services will increase by $5.

I know price increases are never anyone’s favorite announcement, and I completely understand some clients may be disappointed. Please know this decision was not made lightly. I truly appreciate every single person who trusts me with their dogs, supports my small business, and has helped me grow over these last few years. ❤️

Thank you all for understanding and continued support — your dogs still deserve to look fabulous, even if shampoo now costs approximately the same as liquid gold ✂️🐶

I am beyond grateful and honestly a little speechless — THANK YOU to all of my amazing clients, friends, family, and supporters for voting me the 2026 Oneida Daily Dispatch Reader’s Choice Dog Groomer, for the second year in a row! 🐾🩷

This means so much to me. Every appointment, every wagging tail, every bit of trust you place in me to care for your dogs is something I never take for granted. I truly love what I do, and it’s because of all of you that I get to keep doing it.

•Effective Immediately•

I'm always working to keep things running smoothly and safely for both clients and their pets!

As part of some updated policies and procedures, I will be reviewing all client files to ensure that waivers and rabies vaccines are current and up to date.

If you do not currently have a waiver on file, or if yours needs to be updated, I will have you complete one prior or at your next appointment.

Also, I will no longer be providing service to clients with large- XXL double coated dog breeds who exceed more than 10 weeks between appointments.

I want to share a quick update with my amazing clients and community. After careful consideration, the move previously planned to a new facility will no longer be taking place. I will be remaining at the current location (4058 Peterboro Road, Vernon Center), where I’ve proudly been grooming your pups for nearly three years.

While plans can change, my commitment to providing the same high-quality, compassionate care for your dogs remains exactly the same. I am grateful for your continued support, loyalty, and trust, and looking forward to welcoming you and your pets here for many more years to come.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to all of you, my amazing clients. Your continued trust, support, and loyalty truly mean the world to me. Getting to care for your dogs isn’t just my job—it’s something I’m genuinely grateful for every single day.

As we celebrate this holiday season, I hope your homes are filled with love, laughter, and plenty of wagging tails. 🐾❤️ May your Christmas be merry, bright, and full of special moments with the ones you love.

I received several private messages regarding the Holiday Policy yesterday. To clarify, this policy has been in place since our opening two years ago as well as the standard no-show fee.

As a courtesy reminder, being late to appointments such as doctor's, dentist's, or eye appointments often results in missed appointments, rescheduling, and additional fees. Similarly, tardiness to nail or hair appointments usually necessitates rescheduling. I kindly request that you make every effort to arrive on time for your dog's grooming appointment.

If you anticipate arriving early, please call or text from the driveway to avoid an early entrance with your dog. My longstanding policy dictates that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and pay the applicable fee.

When running late to a grooming appointment, please consider the following:

1. Your groomer has subsequent appointments scheduled, and tardiness may cause inconvenience to the next client, particularly given our one-on-one operating model. While exceptions may occur, they are rare.

2. Late arrivals can disrupt the groomer's workflow, potentially rushing your dog's grooming and increasing the risk of anxiety and chaos for both the groomer and the scheduled dogs.

3. If you are turned away and required to reschedule and pay the fee (which is deemed fair), refusal to pay may impact the groomer's livelihood and result in permanent removal from our schedule.

This policy may seem stringent; however, it is essential to note that our contract and waiver, thoroughly reviewed and agreed upon during the initial visit, clearly outline these policies.

To maintain fairness for both parties, I prefer not to require pre-payment for appointments. I do not retain your credit card information to charge for missed appointments. In such cases, I absorb the loss and do not rebook the appointment.

The only exception to incurring fees is if I cancel the appointment, as stated in our contract. I follow school district closures and delays, and in cases of severe weather with travel advisories, I will cancel and reschedule appointments without charging a fee, prioritizing safety.

I appreciate your understanding and commitment to my policies and your pets' well-being.

Alright everyone, it's November so that means it's time to enforce the Annual Holiday Policy.

From today November 3rd until December 31st, if you cancel at all (24 hour notice or not) you WILL be responsible for paying for that missed appointment. I have ZERO availability or wiggle room this year between now and Christmas (per usual because you guys are PAW-some).
Failure to pay for these missed appointments will result in being removed from the roster. I get it, holiday time is "ruff", but at the end of the day this is a business & I have bills & responsibilities too.

Thank you for all your love & support this year, I appreciate you all so much.

I'm still located at Peterboro Road, hoping to be moving to our new Sherrill location Thanksgiving weekend but I will keep you all updated on that still.
