Cats Cradle Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and finding loving homes for unwanted and abandoned cats and kittens. All monies collected by CCR are applied to the feeding, medical care and neutering of current and future cats & kittens in our program. Many are abandoned and their history is unknown. Ahhhh, there’s nothing like an after dinner snooze…and baby “Finch” knows how to make the most of it! 😹

“Finch” and his siblings “Sparrow” on his left, and “Blue Jay” to his right, are 5 days old today! Their young mama was found outside one day after giving birth to 9 kittens! That’s not just a huge litter for a cat, but also an unststainable number for a mom cat to nurse.

Most cats only have 6-8 ni***es, and often they don’t all produce enough milk to nurse. So the CCR member who received them, reached out to our group to find anyone able to bottle feed a few, to give them the best chance at surviving.

This “little bird crew” is doing well, but not all kittens born outdoors without a home are so lucky. Please help be part of the solution, don’t “litter,” spay and neuter your pets!

Soooooo, I know we're a cat rescue but fur babies are fur babies, we don't discriminate, especially when there's a beautiful new family member to share at Cats Cradle ..
One of our board members just adopted this gorgeous Dutch Shepard ... Let's start the name game to help her decide ..
Does he look like a Thor or a Kona? 🤔

What an amazing day it was for happy endings!!!!!!!
6 kitties found their furever homes at our Petco adoption event yesterday 😺😺😺😺😺😺
Thank you so much to Kathryn, Kathleen, Iliana, Jose, Noemi and Dona for opening their hearts and homes to a Cats Cradle kitty!!!!!!
Also a huge thank you to all who came out to visit with our precious fur babies, to the amazing Camarillo Petco staff, and our amazing fosters and volunteers that made this event such a success {{❤️}}

Just in time for National Adopt a Cat Month, Cats Cradle Rescue is BACK with public adoptions, and we are so pleased to announce our renewed partnership with Petco in Camarillo! Come visit us every First Saturday of the month, and select other weekends!

"Sofie" our brown tabby deserves a forever home. She has been through a lifetime of experience for her 5 years. Free give away kitten, abandoned, pregnant, then humanely trapped. Deemed friendly she was adopted out through the Humane Society. Yeah, she doesn't have to go back to the mean streets! Adopter, Barbara fell in love with Sofie's gentle kind spirit, she was Sofie's person for 3 years, then one day Barbara died. Sofie's world was turned upside down again. She is a volunteer favorite that loves to head butt, is easy going and likes to hang with you. A gem. Let's find her a lifelong home-
