This is one of my market wethers from this year’s fair. He did not make the rate of gain to be sold at auction so he came home to grow for a while. He is a nice goat, very well muscled, and now has a proper finish. He is now weighing just over 90lbs. I put a lot of time and feed into this wether so I would like to see him live out his intended purpose. If not, he would a great pasture pet if that’s what you would prefer. Along with my time I put nearly $1200 into this wether. Obviously that’s unreasonable to ask so I would like to recover $600-$800 from this project. This is my senior year in high school and I am looking toward my future and I am trying to recover what I can to support the rest of my senior livestock projects. Please share this post with anyone you know who might be interested.
