We are officially fully booked for next week, and we're already very close to filling up the 3rd week of June!

✨ Both Saturdays in June are completely booked. ✨ The only two Saturdays we had available in July are already almost full.

We need to have a serious conversation about no-shows.

Today alone, we had 3 no-shows. Three.

As a small business, this doesn't just mean a few empty spots in our schedule. This is our family's livelihood. Grooming isn't a side job for us—it's our full-time income and how we support our families, pay our bills, buy supplies, maintain equipment, and keep our business running.

Even one no-show has a significant impact on a small business. Three in one day creates a substantial loss that we can't simply make up.

Beyond the financial impact, no-shows also affect other clients. We are currently in a very busy season and receive calls every day from people needing appointments as soon as possible. When an appointment is missed without notice, that's a spot that could have gone to another pet that needed grooming. If we had known you couldn't make it, we likely could have filled that appointment.

We completely understand that emergencies happen and unexpected situations come up. We always try to be understanding and work with our clients whenever possible. However, repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations have become a growing issue, and we can only absorb those losses for so long.

Because of this, we are strongly considering implementing a deposit policy requiring 50% of the grooming cost at the time the appointment is booked. This deposit would be applied toward your service but would help protect our business from the financial losses caused by missed appointments.

Please, if you cannot make your appointment, just let us know. A quick message or phone call can make a huge difference.

This sweet boy came to us today from Fort Smith Animal Haven to get a good Deshed and cleaned up before he goes to an adoption event tomorrow!! He looks and feels so much better! And is all clean for his Furever home!! Remember, anyone adopted from the shelter can come to us for a FREE Bath for their first time!!🩷

🚨 PLEASE READ — Our Schedule Is Filling FAST! 🚨

We are currently booking about 2 weeks out, and availability is getting VERY limited!

As many of you know, we are only open the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.

🐾 Saturday, June 6th is COMPLETELY FULL
🐾 Saturday, June 20th is FULL
🐾 We are now booking into the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of July. The First Saturday is July 4th so we will be closed that weekend and opening the second weekend instead.

We are SO incredibly grateful to have our books filling up the way they are, and we truly appreciate every single one of you for supporting our small business. 🩷

At the same time, we understand that it can be frustrating when trying to get your pups scheduled, so please don’t wait until the week of to book your appointment. If you know your dog is due for grooming, get on the schedule ASAP!

We do ask that before booking, you please make sure you’ll be able to keep your appointment if at all possible. We completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up sometimes! We simply ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let us know a couple days in advance so we can offer that spot to someone waiting — especially for Saturday appointments!

We are extremely busy right now, so we may not always be able to answer messages immediately. Please bear with us — we promise we will get back to you as soon as possible!
