We are anxiously awaiting puppies between Ace and Alexis at the end of May. Ace holds his international and National Titles. We feel this is an excellent pairing for both temperment and Grace. Both are super sweet and what you look for in both show and pet companions.

I would be very very careful when dealing with this breeder. I had been having conversations with her since February about possibly adopting one of her females when she was no longer being used for breeding. In February she said she would be retiring the dog for $1500. All was fine until a couple of days ago when I reached out to find out how everything was going and she said she thought the dog might be ready for a new home, but this time she quoted me $2500 because 'her breeder' wanted her to ask the full price. We went back and forth with me saying I was expecting to pay $1500 and could she go to $2000? Her last comment to me was that she felt that the $2500 was meeting me in the middle because puppies (not 5 year old dogs) were selling for $3500 and she was 'shocked' that I hadn't saved more money. Be really careful. There are tons of golden retriever breeders who are reputable and I thought this one was, but in my experience with this one, if you can't trust one thing, what else is she trying to pull on unsuspecting clients?
