PROTECT YOUR DOGS. Inconsiderate fireworks will not be just on July 4th -- be prepared all this week and through the 6th. Please make sure microchips are registered with current info. Please make sure your dog (always) wears a collar with ID tag (with current info). If your dog uses a doggy door CLOSE IT. If you must leave home, make sure all window coverings are closed, turn on music and TV, and if you know your dog is afraid of fireworks (stay home), give your dog calming chews (and/or ask your vet for a sedative).

BE PREPARED so you're not out looking for your dog the next day. 🐾

Most of the time, dogs die before humans, but before they do, they live…

They live brave and beautiful lives. They protect their families with unwavering loyalty. They love us with a ferocity that knows no bounds. They fill our days with joy, our homes with warmth, and our hearts with light.

Dogs waste no time worrying about tomorrow. They live fully in the moment, chasing balls, sleeping in rays of sunshine, and wagging their tails at the mere sound of our voices. They teach us to love unconditionally and to find happiness in the little things.

So yes, dogs die. But before they do, they give us everything they have. And that's why their love remains with us long after they're gone.
