Happy birthday, Lucy MaGoosey! Lucy is 16 years old today and still enjoying life. She never misses a meal and will not leave the kitchen while anyone is making food or cleaning up. Always hoping to catch a falling crumb or a sneaky handout (this may be a learned behavior as I have one son who makes sure she never misses out on a bite of fried egg in the kitchen!) Lucy loves to spend time sniffing around the outdoors at a leisurely pace. She has slowed and her hearing and sight aren’t peak, but she is still very sweet and loving and knows what she likes in life! Happy to be celebrating another year with our Lucy girl. ♥️

These little lion dogs have reached the fun age of seven weeks. They love exploring the jungle of the outdoors and have mastered eating like big kids. It won’t be long before these boys start heading to their new homes. Individual pictures on the website.

Today our resident grandpa-guy turned 16 years old. He is still such a good boy. A little hard of hearing and a little bit of vision impairment, but still doing great and entertaining us with zoomies after dinner. He insists on sleeping on a bed at night and his favorite place is curled up in a lap with a blanket.

Rosie is six months old and finally got her first full haircut. I don’t think I can call her Bear Rug anymore! I cut a lot of her darker casting off, but was pleasantly surprised by the rosy tone underneath.
