Due to the very very very large number of these appointments that are no showed or last minute canceled. Top Dog will no longer be booking appointments through 3rd party individuals over the phone. Appointments made for family members and friends will need to be booked online with the deposit paid.

I understand some of our elderly do not do well with technology, this is where I ask that the 3rd party individuals assist clients with booking.

I appreciate everyone who is looking out for their friends and family and helping them, but it does hurt the business when those appointments are not kept and I cant fill that spot.

Today I cut every single hair off by hand because my mind needed to slow down.

I needed the "it is what it is and it aint what it aint" I needed the "if I cant do anything else in life well, I can scissor trim this dog"

Thats the side of Grooming the owners never see. They never see when we put down the clippers and just cut every hair by hand just so our mind can reset.

Anyone can pick up a pair of amazon shear shears and figure out that a 4FCr is basically a 7....but not everyone can lose themselves in the groom to find peace and do it the "hard way" just so their soul can breath.
