So, now that I have pi**ed in everyone's cheerios, how about inciting a little doodle hate to cap the night off, shall we?
Meet Bagheera. She is guessed to be around 3.5 months old and found her way to rescue because she “is not in fact hypoallergenic.” Imagine. That.
Like most curly coated poodle mixes, she is quite hairy and has typical hairy doodly ears that will need lots of grooming upkeep, and is being treated for a raging UTI made no better by her hairy, hairy bits that needed grooming upon arrival. Did we mention that she is hairy and sheds and needs grooming, even as a young puppy? I know doodle breeders like to dispute these things, but here we are. Her adopter should be very good friends with grooming supplies and a professional groomer. You should probably plan to brush her more than you brush your own hair unless you want me to come for you after I see you posted in the groomer groups talking about shaving your pelted dog. You MUST list a groomer on your application. None of this self groom crap, like I said, I am on those grooming pages and we see what you do (and don't do) to your dogs.
She is slightly behind socially, HATES being kenneled and having to sit still, and she’s got lots to learn in her puppy manners department. Lucky for her she found her way into a foster house of misfits and SGAR will make sure she finds a home hand picked for her. She still has a LOT or growing to do, both physically and emotionally, and is still too young to have decided if she will like cats, dogs, children, in-laws, mailmen, the vet, the groomer, your friend Bodhi with the home brew (or homegrown if that's your fancy, just don't let your dog have either option) or anyone else once she is full grown. She is otherwise your typical puppy with puppy dog eyes and wiggly tails and wet nose kisses and all that jazz.
She will be available for adoption SOON, but we are accepting applications at this time. Please do not ask me "what kind" of dog she is, because I don't know, and I don't like to play guessing games with those silly made up doodle names.
