Challenge your mind; challenge your body. Horse riding is a demanding sport, but one where the rewards that come from it can lead not only to better physical and mental health habits, but it also helps to develop life skills for use in our everyday world. Using one of our gentle lesson horses, our students will learn the processes of tacking and untacking a horse, proper riding postures, and how to maneuver a horse correctly when in the arena.
