✔️ Faced fear of standing on cliff hanger rock (some heights make me weirdly uneasy, not all of them but anywhere where I can fall to doom in a swift movement really stresses me lol)

✔️ learned to never hike in vans (I already knew, shut up it was a mistake)

In so many ways, these dogs have changed my life.. It is and forever will be a wonder how some of the darkest times in one’s life can blossom into such wonderful and inspiring experiences. I am forever grateful to them and the lessons they teach me daily, they all have my entire heart🤍

So many are confused about this. They see training as something which limits and subtracts from the dog’s life/fun/freedom.

It’s actually the reverse.
Proper training gives the dog a bigger life, more fun, and far more freedom.

The only things it limits and subtracts are the problem behaviors and the anxious/stressed state of mind which are preventing you and your dog from living the best life possible.

As Jocko says, “Discipline equals freedom.”, and I promise this concept applies just as much to your dog as it does to you. ❤️
