A sad day for our miss Julie. She became egg bound on her 5th egg and despite all attempts to save her we lost this poor momma. The egg was retrieved (the beautiful turquoise one) so it along with the other 4 will be in the incubator in hopes for a successful hatch. She will be greatly missed.

Australian black swans can’t handle the cold like the mutes so they go in the swan house with a heat lamp during cold spells.
