We are looking for a reliable, experienced person to do morning chores a few times a month in exchange for greatly reduced full board. Farm directly abuts the Upton State forest and conservation lands extensive trail systems. Large sand ring with lights, jumps, barrels. Farm ponds to swim horses. Center aisle barn with 12x12 rubber matted stalls with ceiling fans. Heated outdoor water in winter. Barn stays above freezing all year. Horses outside dawn to dusk in individual or small groups in good weather. Brought inside during cold/wet weather. Horses fed 3X/day 1st and 2nd cut hay and Blue Seal grains. PM with questions or to schedule a barn tour. Full board $550/mo Reduced board $350-450/mo depending on amount of work done.
